Q: Can you make xyz thing I saw on pinterest/the internet?
A: The best answer is maybe/probably. Email me at [email protected] with photos and lots of details, and we can discuss me possibly making a commissioned piece for you! I can follow patterns sometimes, but mostly I wing it because I have a learning disability as well as a love for using my own artistic license to make things my way.
Q: Can you make me this gift 2 weeks before Christmas/holiday coming up at cost?
A: The best answer is no. I need to make a living so I charge by the hour and consider the cost of labor and supplies in there as well. It takes a chunk of time and skill to make something beautiful as well as something that will be sturdy and last a long time. It should also be noted that USPS is a bit slower than normal because of COVID19, so please allow extra time for things to be made and mailed, please!
Q: Why did it take you so long to finish and mail my commissioned piece?
A: Please see above answer about labor and mailing as well as noting that I am a one-person operation and am not trying to be slow, but rather am taking time to ensure the utmost quality on these dreamy yarn products for you! Depending on your piece, please allow 3-4 weeks for it to be made and mailed!
Q: How far in advance should I order a commission if its a special gift/holiday present?
A: Please order at least one month ahead of time and give me all the details/what date you'd like it by so i can make your gift-giving moment the best time ever! Email info to [email protected] when ordering a special commissioned piece.
